When your PC or Laptop break quits working it can be a devastating time. This twitter user, @MCsqurrd posted about her adventures with Lenovo. She had her laptop under warranty, and they refused to accept it for repair due to Covid. She took it to an external repair center, and had to wait several weeks before they simply gave her a list to send to Lenovo. She was ultimately able to take her Laptop to Lenovo who ignored the issue, it failed to stay on while unplugged.
At Golden Hills IT we take your concerns seriously, while we are not located in Texas to help this person out, we would be happy to assist anyone with similar issues. Her problem could have been narrowed down pretty quickly to a bad battery, a bad battery connection, or a bad charging port connection. It would be silly to assume we would have specific batteries on hand to fix her laptop, but we for sure would have narrowed it down and ordered the same part in a reasonable period, not almost 6 months like she is currently dealing with.
